About Deppy
I’m Deppy Nikolaidou. I design and run group workshops and individual coaching for people who want succeed with their goals to enjoy their life and work more.

Having already trained more than a thousand business people and with my many years of professional experience in Greek and multinational companies, I really feel that I have the ability to help people and organizations grow and be happy doing what they love.

Workshops
Believing in the dynamics and unsurpassed power of group workshops, I invite individuals with open minds and hearts to form groups, work collaboratively, share, listen and support each other in their quest to know themselves better and become their wish!

Climate Coaching
In September 2023, I created the Climate Coaching Alliance Greece (CCA Greece) community with the aim to engage Greek coaches, leadership and sustainability professionals, environmental scientists and everyone concerned about the climate change causes and want to act and work on the resources accessible to practitioners, to encourage discussion, engagement, and confidence in raising this and to be an enabling, learning space.
